Teams is the platform for working together inside the company and with partners: chat, channels, meetings, files. Telephony comes with it. We bring calls to your landline number into Teams, so being reachable no longer depends on the office.
How we go about it
Communication is the part of the modern workplace everyone uses every day, which makes it the part where a botched migration is noticed immediately. We work in steps: partial results early, measurement points delivered alongside, and the solution developed further afterwards rather than installed once.
Once it is running we take on operations if you want that, against a service level agreed beforehand rather than after.
What to watch
Telephony is where the surprises are. Number porting, emergency calls, queues and the one extension with a fax machine on it all need an inventory before anybody names a date.
