Privacy policy
Last updated: 11 September 2026
This page says which data comes up when you visit soultec.ch, who processes it and which rights you have. The controller is soulTec AG, Ueberlandstrasse 1, 8600 Dübendorf. Privacy questions reach us at info@soultec.ch. Swiss data protection law (nDSG) applies; for visitors from the EU, so does the GDPR.
The principle
Nothing that would measure you loads without your yes. Statistics, marketing and external media start only after your consent in the cookie dialog, and you can change that choice at any time under Privacy settings in the footer. While this preview runs without the marketing tools, nothing loads even with consent given; this page describes the setup the site goes live with.
Hosting: Cloudflare
soultec.ch is served by Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA, with European locations). Serving a page produces technical access data: IP address, time, page requested, browser identifier. Cloudflare needs it to deliver the pages and fend off attacks; we do not analyse it and never join it with anything else. The basis is our legitimate interest in fast, secure operation.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
For visitor counts we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, builds no profiles and stores no IP addresses for recognition; it counts page views and coarse technical properties. That is why it runs without consent.
The cookie dialog and Zaraz
Consent is managed by Cloudflare Zaraz. Your choice lives as a cookie with Zaraz; we keep no copy of our own. There are three categories: statistics (Google Analytics), marketing (Google Ads, HubSpot) and external media (Google Maps). Accept all enables all three, Only necessary none – and the site works fully either way.
Google Analytics 4
Only after your consent does Google Analytics measure how our pages are used: pages visited, time spent, rough origin. The operator is Google Ireland Ltd.; data can reach the USA. The consent signals (Consent Mode v2) are set by Zaraz, never by the page itself.
Google Ads
With your marketing consent, Google Ads measures whether a click on an ad led to an enquiry. Without consent there is no measurement.
HubSpot
Forms, meeting booking and the newsletter run on HubSpot (HubSpot, Inc., USA and Ireland). What you type into a form and submit, we process in order to answer you – that is your own action, and it works even if you declined marketing. HubSpot’s tracking, by contrast, runs only with consent.
Google Maps
The map on the Company page is a placeholder. It loads only when you click it or have allowed external media; loading it sends data to Google, including your IP address.
Fonts
Every font comes from our own server, in both modes. No request goes to Google Fonts and no IP address reaches Google – not even in nerd mode, which uses three font families of its own.
Local storage
Your settings for mode, colour scheme and manifest format live as st-mode,
st-theme and st-format in the browser’s localStorage. They never leave your
device, and we never see them.
Search
Search runs on Pagefind, entirely in your browser. Your search terms reach no server, ours included.
Email and phone
If you write to info@soultec.ch or call us, we process what you send in order to handle the enquiry, and keep it for as long as that takes.
Sharing and third countries
We sell no data and pass it only to the providers named here. Some are based in the USA; transfers rest on recognised safeguards such as the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the providers’ standard contractual clauses.
Retention
We keep data for as long as its purpose requires, then delete it. The providers’ own retention periods are in their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing and withdraw any consent at any time. EU visitors also have portability and objection rights under the GDPR. Write to info@soultec.ch. Complaints go to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, to your supervisory authority.
Changes
When the site’s toolbox changes, this page changes with it. The date above says which version you are reading.
