We won the tender and are now the preferred VMware PSO partner in Switzerland for the next two years, just short of a year after founding the company.
We are enormously proud to add another milestone to the company’s history just short of a year after founding it. We won the tender and are now the preferred VMware PSO partner in Switzerland for the next two years.
How did that happen?
Anyone who knows us knows we have a great team of remarkably talented VMware experts. Three of them were confirmed as vExperts again this year. Our engineers are enthusiastic about technology and keep themselves thoroughly up to date, so that we can turn new technology into something our customers benefit from.
Our customers rely on us for competent answers to questions and challenges around both new and established technology.
For VMware itself to become our customer, we had a lot to do this year.
Certifications
The whole team went to considerable lengths to get certified across the VMware portfolio. Not only our engineers: our account managers and management have their VMware knowledge certified too.
The soulTec team currently holds more than 568 active VMware certifications:
- 164 VMware Sales Professional (VSP)
- 133 VMware Technical Sales Professional (VTSP)
- 76 VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
- 22 VMware Certified Advanced Professional (VCAP)
- 16 VMware Certified Implementation Expert (VCIX)
- 9 VMware Master Specialist
Projects
Certifications only prove we can handle the products. What matters more is putting that knowledge to work in projects, so that customers get something out of it.

Master services competencies and solution competencies
Our breadth of knowledge got us all 14 VMware solution competencies. Combining successful customer projects with those certifications qualified us for 7 of the 8 available VMware master services competencies (MSC). Those MSCs are what made working for the VMware Professional Services Organization (PSO) possible in the first place.
