## What changed

Since Broadcom's acquisition, service providers have to attach to a CSP in the Pinnacle or
Premier tier if their core count is below 3500.

## No hosting of our own

Licensing your platform through someone who serves the same customers gives away more than
an order quantity.

As a CSP in the Premier tier we supply white-label licensing for your hosting platform,
along with help integrating the VCF technologies. We implement VCF ourselves and can help
with Tanzu, NSX, vSAN and the operations tooling, so the stack you bought actually gets
used.

## Working out your core count

Read the core count from your vCenter inventory. Important: **every CPU counts as at least
16 cores**, even where the actual number is lower.
