## What it is

The part of VCF Operations that manages several VCF instances together: which instance is
at which level, what has to be updated next, and in what order.

## What VVF does not have

Fleet management is on the VCF side. In VVF you manage one instance, and that is exactly
where the difference between the two platforms becomes practical.
