## What it includes

Advice on licences from our partners' and alliances' portfolio, inventory as part of asset
management, analysis and reporting. Optimisation follows from that: consolidation, savings,
enterprise licence agreements and bundles.

## Maintenance contracts

We collect the offers, align the terms in time and keep the dates in view, so no contract
expires unnoticed and none runs twice.

## Relicensing

When a product is licensed anew, we advise on the model. Vendors change their models
regularly, and what was the cheaper choice three years ago is not automatically so at the
next contract.
