## How you add value

We are looking for a Microsoft expert to take responsibility for building up a new Microsoft stream. The role encourages independence, and you can still count on the support of the other team leads and of the whole team at any time. Your tasks:

- Working in on-premises and cloud infrastructures is part of your daily routine
- You are in contact with vendors to solve complex problems and to develop new approaches
- You optimise existing solutions and bring your full expertise to day-to-day operations
- Your focus is Microsoft Office 365

## What makes you the ideal candidate

- A completed IT education or equivalent training, and several years of professional experience at an IT provider
- Your tech stack includes M365, Azure, VMware, Microsoft client and server, the OSI model, AAD, GPO, DDI, AD, Exchange, MECM, Windows and more
- Motivation, determination and independence, and a willingness to work outside office hours occasionally
- You speak fluent German and have good English
- You keep learning, and you like exploring new solutions and sharing them
