## How you add value

We are looking for a DevOps or DevSecOps person to take responsibility for this line of business and develop it together with us.

- Concept, design and engineering of Kubernetes solutions with a product-independent platform focus (Tanzu, Red Hat OpenShift, Azure or AWS)
- Configuration, installation, operation and troubleshooting of container platforms, and help with migrating applications onto them
- Supporting the sales team with consulting, quotes and workshops
- Technical project lead, communication and coordination with vendors, customers and colleagues
- Technical leadership and development of Kubernetes as a topic within the company
- Looking after our DevOps partner management
- Building customer-oriented DevOps services
- Helping to develop the Tanzu solutions together with the Platform & Automation team
- You support our Broadcom partner status by earning current certifications such as VCP, VCAP, VCIX, VCDX, or Kubernetes certifications (for example CKA, CKAD, CKS)
- You take part in writing best practices, white papers, blog posts, design templates and other material on the Tanzu technologies
- You actively shape the strategic direction with us

## What makes you the ideal candidate

- You have a completed technical education and several years of experience with Kubernetes
- Experience in a DevOps environment and/or in software development is a plus
- You have experience integrating Kubernetes platforms into the infrastructure and into surrounding systems
- You are strongly service-oriented, and you stand out for ownership and independence
- You have excellent German, written and spoken, and the technical English the field needs
- You are critical and question soulTec's decisions with the aim of moving us forward. That is exactly who we are looking for
